MEET THE OWNER
My name is Toni and my love for dogs has been a lifelong passion. Growing up, our family dog was at the heart of our home, and as I raised my own children, our lives were always filled with wagging tails and happy barks. Life without dogs? Unimaginable.
After fulfilling a lifelong dream of moving to the beautiful New Forest, I saw an opportunity to create something truly special. Having experienced my share of less-than-ideal boarding options, I wanted to offer a service where dogs are treated to the same love, comfort, and care they receive at home. Spring Cottage Dog Club and Hotel was born from that dream; a home-from-home retreat designed to be nothing less than a five-star experience for dogs.
My daughter, Isabel, shares my passion for animals and is an invaluable part of our team here at Spring Cottage. Together, we ensure that every dog entrusted to our care receives the personalised attention they deserve. Fully licensed and insured, we’re here to give you complete peace of mind while your furry friend enjoys their stay.
Whether it’s for a weekend getaway or a longer stay, we’re here to ensure your dog feels happy, loved, and completely at home.
COSTS FOR BOARDING
Payment/Requirement
After your booking has been accepted and you and I are happy following on from your meet & greet visit, we will forward to you our invoice where a 50% deposit will be required and full payment prior to the staycation dates. We are sorry deposits are not refundable.
Information on how you can pay will be given once you are happy to proceed with your booking with us.
